This past weekend in Miami, with record high temperatures making some of us incredibly uncomfortable, “Swim Week” stormed through the city. What an appropriate place for the hottest swimsuits to be shown!!! Swim Week, having runway shows, trade shows and after parties, enveloped Miami Beach via many different venues.

The Miami Beach Convention Center was filled with vendors launching their collections, beautiful models and buyers seeking the newest trends. According to some of the internet reviews there were over 400 vendors representing 2500 different swimsuit lines.
Although the swimsuits modeled and displayed won’t be in stores until 2017, it gives buyers a chance to foresee where trends are going. And speaking of trends there were many to speak of. Some beautiful and some simply unwearable. There were bridal swimsuits for that special beachfront wedding. Nude colors seemed to dominate, giving the look of nothing at all. SEXY!!! One shoulder suits, side lacing and sheer cutouts also made the top of the list. Strappy bottoms were a big show as well.
After seeing so many beautiful swimsuits, all I can say is I can’t wait for next summer!!

Genteeeeee, esta última semana aqui em Miami, com temperaturas recordes deixando  alguns de nós extremamente desconfortáveis , “Swim Week” invadiu a cidade. Nada melhor que aqui em Miami, calor 40 graus  para falar de roupas de banho!!!

Swim Week, terminou a semana com muitos desfiles, feiras, festas, envolveu Miami Beach através de muitos locais diferentes. O Centro de Convenções de Miami Beach foi preenchido com vendedores, designers, lançando suas coleções, belas modelos, bloggers, e muitos compradores vieram procuram as mais recentes tendências. De acordo com alguns dos comentários na internet, havia mais de 400 fornecedores que representam 2500 linhas diferentes de maiô.
Embora os maiôs modelados e exibidas não estará nas lojas até 2017, mas dá aos compradores a oportunidade de prever onde as tendências estão indo.

E, por falar em tendências havia muito o que comentar. Alguns modelos lindos e alguns simplesmente sem ter como vestir. Havia roupas de banho de noiva para um casamento especial à beira-mar. Cores como nudes parecia dominar, dando a aparência de nada, ou seja, SEXY !!! muitos com um ombro só,  recortes com laser, estampas tribais, teve muita criatividade em tudo.
